• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.

The li444 brand name, logo, and associated visual identity elements are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial or non-commercial context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Users retain no ownership rights over any li444 platform content by virtue of their use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, li444 shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

li444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; the user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct; the user is under the age of 21; or the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's security or integrity.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not yet met their rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, regardless of whether the closure is initiated by the user or by li444.
